Description |
The first Palouse Flour Mill was built in 1874 by William Breeding. It was located next to the F Street bridge at the east end of Main Street. That mill burned and was rebuilt in 1880 with this structure, the second flour mill building. It was known as the Palouse City Roller Mill. The rollers were installed in 1892-1893. This building was replaced with a third structure in 1905-1906. |
