The Flyer was a fast Seattle-Tacoma line. The Flyer Dock was on the location that later became the Grand Trunk Pacific Dock (from May 1, 1944 until its destruction in 1964: Pier 53, a designation that is now used for the tiny Seattle Fire Department pier just north of the historic Pier 53, which was demolished to expand Washington State Ferries' Colman Dock).
