English: Seattle, 1936. Flood on Second Avenue Extension at Main Street. A broken water main at 5th and Jackson flooded the area. Quite a few buildings in this area lost upper stories after the 1949 earthquake. The upper two stories of the Furuya Building were just recently restored on 2009–2010.
