The Postal Telegraph Building was torn down roughly in the 1950s; the site is now a multi-story parking lot
Polson Building, still extant 2023.
This is presumably part of what was at the time Pier 2, later Pier 51, eventually torn down to expand the Washington State Ferries terminal at Colman Dock.
