English: 190523-N-TO818-287 (May 23, 2019) ET3 David Paguinto, 7th Naval Construction Regiment, works with the Global Communications Solutions (GCS) Hawkeye 3 Lite satellite dish May 23, 2019 in Boleslawiec, Poland, as part of exercise Resolute Castle. He and Seabees of the 7th and 22nd Naval Construction Regiments set up the equipment to deliver secure communication capabilities to the regiments as they exercise command and control (C2) for nearly 25 construction projects taking place in Poland and Romania. Exercise Resolute Castle 19 is a U.S. Army Europe led, multinational, joint exercise which marries U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard, as well as allied and partner nation engineering unit training opportunities with the completion of tangible construction projects that enhance training capabilities in various areas of NATO’s eastern member states.
