English: U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Robert Manzano (left), U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, talks with Cmdr. Chris Hodrick (second from right), operations force engineer, April 5, about the consultative health clinic the Seabees are building here. The purpose of the clinic is to provide maternity services for local women. The Seabees, assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, work throughout the country constructing clinics and other buildings in support of Combined Joint Task Force- Horn of Africa, whose mission includes enhancing partner nation capacity. |
