Summary
[edit]DescriptionSea wall and Butts Lagoon - geograph.org.uk - 161365.jpg |
English: Sea wall and Butts Lagoon. The sinuous Lymington-Keyhaven sea wall preserves the marshes and lagoons within, at the expense of the natural situation where the marshes would shift of their own accord. From the foreground to the distance we have: the Solent, the sea wall with the Solent Way footpath on top, Butts Lagoon, the sea wall and path again and finally the hills of the Isle of Wight. |
