Sečská vrchovina je krajinná oblast v rozsahu poloh 275 až 737 m n. m., georeliéfem členitá vrchovina, název odvozen od města Seč, v Železných horách geomorfologický podcelek. Krajina typická přírodní scenerií ze skalisek nad vodní nádrží Seč, s ostrým ohybem koryta řeky Chrudimky. Území podél zátoky pod zříceninou hradu Oheb je součástí přírodní rezervace Oheb o rozloze 26,5 ha. Lesní porost patří mezi unikátní přirozené podhorské suťové lesy a skaliska jsou hnízdištěm výra velkého. Záběr (azimut 226°) pořízen z úrovně cca 552 m n. m., vlevo nahoře zalesněný vrchol Olšina (559,0 m), pod ním lokalita Oheb, vpravo část ostrova ve vodní nádrži Seč (Na ostrůvku 490,8 m).
