Deutsch: a) Konfokalmikroskopische Aufnahme einer Drosophila-Speicheldrüse (3. Larvalstadium), links auf die Basisfläche, rechts auf den Bereich des Lumens fokussiert, Maßstabsbalken = 100 µm. b) Konfokalmikroskopische Aufnahmen einer „apico-basal cell intercalation“ im Epithel einer Drosophila-Speicheldrüse und entsprechende 3D-Rekonstruktion. Die vier betreffenden Zellen sind grün, gelb, rot und blau markiert bzw. dargestellt. In der obersten Darstellung der 3D-Rekonstruktion ist die ungefähre Lage der Fokalebenen der drei Aufnahmen verzeichnet. In den anderen beiden Darstellungen der 3D-Rekonstruktion sind zur besseren Nachvollziehbarkeit der Kontaktflächenverläufe die rote bzw. die rote und blaue Zelle weggelassen. |
