Summary

[edit]
Description
English: In the left image the scrotum of a male is tight and the testicles are up in the scrotum close to the body to minimize heatloss. In the right image the scrotum is relaxed and the testicles hang quite low (approximately 2-3 inches or 5-8 cm lower) to reduce the temperature of the testicles. Elevation of the testicles can change rapidly (even within seconds) due to the cremasteric function. These images are taken within two hours.
