Catch Report - 20/08/19 A couple more new for year species added back on the 20th of August, Treble-bar is never annual here but has been on the garden list since I moved in, in 2012. The other two 2019 additions are species that are spreading and getting more regular here, year on. Both Hoary Footman and Oak Processionary were expected, but they never turn up in big numbers. The weather currently (08th of September) is freezing, most nights dipping around 6 to 8c, far too cool for moths at this time of year! Garden species count for 2019 now upto 416.
