Description
English: path of electrons in a spherical analyser, that are emitted in different angles, from the sample to the channel plate - simultanously measuring an angle range of -7° < theta < 7° with a Scienta (see File:Scienta2.jpg)
Deutsch: Flugbahn einiger Eletronen durch einen Kugelanalysator, die unter verschiedenen Winkeln emittiert werden. So kann simultan ein Winkelbereich von plusminus 7 Grad energieaufgelöst (siehe File:Scienta2.jpg) gemessen werden.
