Summary
[edit]DescriptionSchule am meer juist diesseits westfalenhalle.jpg |
English: Four students of progressive boarding school Schule am Meer (School by the Sea) on the East Frisian island Juist in Prussia, working on wooden workpieces in the yard of the school's compound while a fifth comes along to watch. The building in the background is the eastern annex of the main building Diesseits (The Here and Now). Its upper floor is the dining-room. The building on the right is Westfalenhalle (Westphalia Hall) which offered a carpentry and a locksmithery as well as washrooms, bath tubs and showers and the washhouse. Behind the four working students two wheels or hoops for students of different sizes are visible, called Rhönrad.
