Titel: Schort van wit katoen, geborduurd “H. De HOOGH”, uniform diaconessen
Beschrijving: Wit katoenen schort, driekwart lang, banden over de schouder sluiten op de rug in de taille met knopen aan rokdeel, rokdeel sluit achter in taille met knop en knoopsgat, één opgestikte zak rechtsvoor, langs gehele bovendeel eem aangestikt kantrandje, op linkerborst geborduurd in rode kruissteek: "H de Hoogh".
Herkomst: Gedragen door mej. H.H. de Hoogh, geb. 1917, werkte in voormalig diakonesseziekenhuis aan de Westersingel als verpleegster, het latere van Damziekenhuis.
