Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Part of the Krumme Spree in a Schmettau map from 1767/87 (map extract). As Krumme Spree is called a 22,4 kilometres long section of the river Spree in Brandenburg, Germany. The Krumme Spree runs in the districts Dahme-Spreewald and Oder-Spree from the Neuendorfer See at the village Alt-Schadow to the east and flows in Trebatsch into the Schwielochsee/Glower See. It received the name from its crooked (in german: „krumm“), meandering run. The map extract does not show the first part of the Krumme Spree in the west with its running from the Neuendorfer See at Alt-Schadow.
