English: Bad Schlema: depot house of the lower part of the "Marx-Semler-Stolln" (also known as "Markus-Semmler-Stolln"), the most important system of adits used for dewatering the mines in the Schlema and Schneeberg mining region; cultural heritage monument.
Deutsch: Bad Schlema: Blick auf das Huthaus des Unteren Reviers des Marx-Semler-Stolln (auch Markus-Semmler-Stolln genannt) am Zechenplatz. Das System des Marx-Semmler-Stolln ist mit einer Länge von über 220 Kilometern der wichtigste Entwässerungsstollen für das Bergbaugebiet Schlema/Schneeberg. Aufgrund seiner Ausdehnung wurde der Stollen bereits 1720 in ein Unteres und ein Oberes Revier unterteilt. Vermutlich entstand zu dieser Zeit auch das Huthaus. Es wird 1780 erstmals in einem Inventarverzeichnis genannt. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Huthauses befand sich das 16. Lichtloch des Stollens. Gegenüber dem Huthaus befindet sich das Geotop "Roter Kamm", ein mehrere Meter aus der Umgebung herausragender teils bewachsener Gang mit Quarz, Schwerspat, Eisen- und Manganerzen.
