Description
Deutsch: Schild über dem rückwärtigen Eingang der Andreaskirche an der Mühlenstraße, Düsseldorf.
„Diese in den Jahren Anno 1622-1623 erbaute und dem Hl. Andreas geweihte Kirche gehörte zum Kolleg der Jesuiten und war Hofkirche der Herzoge und Kurfürsten von Pfalz-Neuburg. 1842 wurde sie Pfarrkirche. Nach schweren Kriegsschäden in den Jahren 1942-1944 erfolgte 1948-60 eine gründliche Restauration durch das Staats-Hochbauamt des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen. Ewald Mataré gestaltete das Chor im Jahre 1960.“
