Deutsch: Schönheide im Erzgebirge: Die Adressbücher für die Jahre 1894 und 1896, zu finden in der Category:Historical documents of Schönheide, haben eine Reihe von Anzeigen auch von Hotels und Gaststätten. Dort finden sich 2015 noch bestehende Gaststätten wie die „Gute Quelle“ der Familie Frieß und inzwischen unbekannte, deren Standort kaum rekonstruierbar ist. Eine reiche Gaststättenlandschaft, die insbesondere im Veranstaltungsheft zur 400-Jahr-Feier des Jahres 1937 deutlich wird. Ein Gasthof in Schönheiderhammer wird schon sehr früh in der Literatur erwähnt, er gehörte zum Eisenhammer. Das "Hendel'sche Hotel" brannte 1932 ab, der Nachfolgebau bekam den Namen Hotel Carlshof"
