Français : Paravent aux livres éparpillés. Début de l'époque d'Edo début 17e siècle. Paravent (byōbu) à six volets, papier, encre, lavis d'encre et couleurs sur feuilles d'or. Musée Guimet. Achat, 1987, MA 4931. Selon le cartel du musée ce type de paravent est rare, avec des livres disséminés dans l'espace, sans repère, c'est cette dispersion qui structure l'espace du paravent. Les couvertures des livres sont, dans le même temps, représentées avec précision. Ce type de paravent, anonyme, est attribuable à l'école Hasegawa, "ou, selon la représentation des éléments textiles, à un peintre de l'école Tosa". : Extrait du cartel. |
