English: Sawn Timber Exported to Japan. On the wharf at Mt. Maunganui, 800,000 board feet of sawn timber destined for Japan is marshalled on June 26th 1967, for loading into the "Kipi Karo". The Kinleith sawmill of NZ Forests Products Ltd. and the Waipa sawmill of the NZ Forests Service are to supply 24 million board feet of sawn radiata pine during the two years which began on July 1st.
