Stadtmuseum Bad Saulgau, Verschneidbock mit zwei Laternen. Ausstoßreifes Bier wird durch Luftüberdruck vom Lagerfaß oder Tank zur Bierpumpe (rechts mit dem Schlauch angeschlossen, hier nicht zu sehen) gedrückt. Lässt man mehrere Behälter zugleich laufen, wird ein Verschneidbock zwischen Lagergefäß und Druckregler geschaltet: er mischt (verschneidet) die – gleichen – Biere aus verschiedenen Fässern miteinander. |
