Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Collotype, 13.50 x 9.05cm An early undivided back postcard by The Phototype Company in Bombay, probably from its first pan-India series characterized by very high printing quality and red titles. This 11th century temple in Madhya Pradesh dedicated to Vishnu was a very popular postcard subject, with the density of the collotype process the perfect complement to the detail of the stone sculpture.
