Alto do Côto é a colina que domina toda a vila de Vidago e boa parte do vale da Ribeira de Oura. Aqui se encontra sepultada D. Eugénia Adelaide Morais Campilho Montalvão, benfeitora dos pobres e falecida em 18/03/1920. A capelinha onde repousa foi construída pelo povo nos anos trinta, que acreditava e ainda hoje acredita tratar-se de uma santa. Entretanto estivera sepultada no cemitério da vila e numa capela propriedade da família. Em 1957 e mais uma vez à custa do povo, foi aí construída a torre, onde foi instalado um relógio mecânico, que viria a funcionar até 1998, altura em que foi substituído por um relógio computorizado, Foi preciso esperar até 1997 para que esta colina viesse a beneficiar de obras, desta vez da responsabilidade da autarquia. Assim os coretos foram cobertos. Construídos muros de vedação em falta. Efectuados acessos em paralelo.
