Fue realizado en 1915 por Eugenio Fernández Quintanilla y Secundino Zuazo Ugalde. De estilo regionalista bastante depurado, posee incluso elementos modernistas.
Es un edificio de gran monumentalidad, de planta rectangular, con tres pisos de altura y patio interior cubierto. Presenta piedra de sillería con amplios vanos dispuestos simétricamente en las fachadas.
La fachada principal tiene una entrada en arco de medio punto protegida por un alero corrido y vanos rectangulares. En el resto, los vanos de los pisos superiores son rectangulares, mientras que los de los pisos inferiores se rematan con arcos de medio punto.
En el interior, el espacio esta cubierto con vidrieras de colores, de clara inspiración modernista.
Alberga los servicio de Correos y Telégrafos desde su fundación.
