- Since I was not able to view all the brochure's pages, a copyright search was done for the years 1963, 1964, and 1965 for any possible copyright renewals.
- The search was done for Atchson, Topeka and Santa Fe; there were no results. Though I believe there was no copyright on the material, I have licensed this as copyright not renewed.
