Español: En esta procesión no hay representación humana de Jesus, solamente algunos "Romanos" son los que se visten y los "judíos". Un grupo de personas cargan las esculturas de yeso de los santos, durante el trayecto del vía crucis. Los judíos van en paralelo con la procesión mostrando sus lanzas, haciendo cantos en lengua Mixteca y lanzando sus varitas contra las lanzas contrarias.
English: In this procession there is no human representation of Jesus, only some "Romans" are the ones who dress and the "Jews". A group of people carry the plaster sculptures of the saints, during the journey of the Way of the Cross. The Jews go in parallel with the procession showing their spears, singing in the Mixtec language and throwing their wands against the opposing spears. |
