Summary

[edit]
Description The Sanctuary Hotel, the former Sheraton Minneapolis Midtown Hotel, at 2901 Chicago Avenue South in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was turned into a shelter in the wake of the civil unrest following the police killing of George Floyd -- but things ended poorly as the hotel owner was served a cease-and-desist notice and evicted the residents and chaos and looting ensued.
