Summary

[edit]
Description
English: San Tomas Expressway near Campbell Ave. in Campbell, CA, USA. Bicyclists are allowed (since 1991), bus stop use is allowed, but the pedestrian path is still prohibited (see sign). How can the path by unsafe for pedestrians if the bus stop is safe and the shoulders safe for bicyclists?
