Text reads: I am (I bless God) restor'd to a perfect degree of Health, at least as perfect as at this Time of Day, I can ever expect to bee, & (I bless God) it is a good One Thy whole family allsoe, with ye whole Numbr of yor friends falling in my Way, are well, & on all Opportunitys are yor Kinde Rememberers.
