Deutsch: Samuel Wilhelm Schindler, geboren 1826; gestorben 1903, Sohn des Friedrich Schindler (Hauptmann), war zusammen mit Dr. Samuel Jenny der erste Eigentümer der Kennelbacher Fabrik in Vorarlberg. Er war auch der Bauherr des Haupttraktes der "Villa Grünau"
