Summary

[edit]
Description

A Westbahn service from Vienna is seen at Salzburg on 1st August 2018. This was my first experience of train travel in Austria and it impressed. The double-deck train from Vienna was spacious, comfortable, free WIFI, catering, and you could buy a ticket on the train.

I know that there were once double-deck trains on the UK's Southern Region, but I'd not seen or travelled on one before - a different experience being so high up off the ground.
