Description

Hier sitzt man wie in der Privatwohnung einer herrlich lebendigen sizilianischen Familie, in der Kinder Ball spielen und Einheimische durchs Esszimmer laufen. Wer Lust auf eine typisch traditionelle Modica-Küche hat mit klassischen Gerichten und eher deftigem Einschlag, die gleichzeitig auf gute Slow-Food-Qualität achtet, ist bei Salvatore genau richtig. Der ehemalige Banker hat die charmante Taverna von seinen Eltern übernommen und führt diese mit ganzer Leidenschaft und Hingabe. Seine Markenzeichen sind der Panama-Hut und sein verschmitztes Lächeln. Bei ihm ist von der Salsiccia über die Pasta bis hin zum Sugo alles hausgemacht.
