Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Salt Marshes. The salt marshes near Bradwell that exist between the sea defences and the sea shore are rich with bird life and are a nature reserve. The concrete structure is a World War 2 pill box - this area was a possible area of invasion should the Germans have done so. It was embedded into the sea defences and faced both seaward and inland.
