Description

An inverted look at the region near the Alu system of volcanic fissures in North-East Ethiopia. Prominent in this image are salt lakes Bakili (shaded pink) and partially visible lake Karum. The top part of the image is mostly volcanic soil from nearby volcanic fissures, and at the bottom is a series of drain water channels.
