Description
Français : Bâtiment industriel de l'entre-deux-guerres réhabilité. Au rez-de-chaussée, un restaurant de la chaîne "Les trois brasseurs" s'est installé. On peut encore y voir 3 des anciennes cuves en cuivre qui servaient à brasser la bière, et 14 logements ont été aménagés dans les étages. Cet immeuble est le seul bâtiment encore debout de l'ancienne brasserie Kronenbourg qui occupait le site avant son déménagement à Obernai à 30 km au sud-ouest de Strasbourg. La salle de brassage était le cœur de la brasserie. Entre 1862 et 1990, On y produisait la bière dans de 6 grandes cuves en cuivre. La structure du bâtiment est en béton armé. La réhabilitation du bâtiment a été conçue par l'agence d’architecture AEA architectes pour le promoteur Bouygues immobilier.
