বাংলা: পরিবিবির মাজার
English: Tomb of Pari Bibi (পরী বিবির মাজার)
The tomb of Bibi Pari is the most impressive of the surviving buildings of the Lalbag fort. Bibi Pari, formally known as Iran-Dukht, daughter of Governor Nawab Shaista Khan, was betrothed to Prince Azam, son of Emperor Aurangzeb. The premature death of Bibi Pari in 1684 during Shaista Khan's second tenure as Subahdar was such a shock to the father that he thought the construction of the Lalbag fort to be inauspicious and abandoned it.
