English: 150421-N-TC720-062 PRAIA, Cabo Verde From left to right, Lt. Cmdr. John Bartlett, Portuguese navy 1st Sgt. Rui Lovrenho and Lt. Bruno Texeira operate at the lead maritime operation center in Praia, Cabo Verde, during Exercise Saharan Express 2015, April 21. Saharan Express is a U.S. Africa Command-sponsored multinational maritime exercise designed to increase maritime safety and security in the waters of West Africa.
