Description
English: The south side of the 000 block of West Main Street in Bozeman, Montana. The yellow building on the far left is the Masonic Temple building, located on the 000 block of East Main Street. The two-story brown brick building with arched black windows second from left is the Gallatin State Bank building, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Third from left (partly obscured by a lamppost) is the Rialto Theater building, currently undergoing restoration. The three-story structure fourth from left is the Michigan Building/Lovelace Building. To the right of the Lovelace Building, partially obscurbed by a tree, is the Owenhouse Building, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The green and yellow Mission Revival structure on the far right is the former Bon Ton Bakery Building (originally known as the Sbree, Ferris & White Building). The Main Street Historic District in Bozeman was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 21, 1987. Contributing properties include the the Gallatin State Bank building (2 West Main Street), and the Owenhouse Building (24-28 West Main Street).
