Français : Au XIXe siècle, un marchand prétendit faussement que l'image aurait représenté Frontenac. C'est ainsi qu'elle fut incluse dans le livre de Benjamin Sulte avec une identification erronée. [4]
English: In the 19th century, a merchant claimed falsely that the image showed Frontenac. It was thus included in the book of Benjamin Sulte with an erroneous identification. [5]
