English: BUZZARDS BAY, MA. (Feb. 3, 2004)-- Petty Officer Phil Pullam, a 1st Class boatswain's mate on the Juniper, watches as the cutter breaks ice in Woods Hole Pass, just south of the Cape Cod Canal.
