Summary

[edit]
Description
English: This small shuttle model, seen in a close-up view on the wall of the International Space Station's Node 2 or Harmony, was presented by NASA astronaut Chris Ferguson, STS-135 commander, to the station by way of its current crew, the Expedition 28 astronauts and cosmonauts. The model had been signed by program officials and the mission's lead shuttle and station flight directors. "What you don't see is the signatures of the tens of thousands who rose to orbit with us over the past 30 years, if only in spirit," Ferguson said.
