English: Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force South walk across the flight deck of the future amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6) to board an MV-22 Osprey with Marine Operational Test and Evaluation Squadron 22, to be transported to a theater security cooperation event in Peru, Aug. 30, 2014. During the TSC, the Marines and Sailors with will participate in medical, explosive ordnance disposal and combat marksmanship bi-lateral exchanges with the Peruvian Marine Corps. Through partner-nation activities, key leader engagements and security cooperation activities, the Marines and Sailors of SPMAGTF South will demonstrate the flexibility, utility and unparalleled expeditionary capability the Navy-Marine Corps team provides our nation and partners.
