Українська: Лінію клітин отримано з нирки ембріона свині.
Морфологія – епітеліоподібні. Форма росту – адгезивна, моношарова. Середовище культивування: MEM (або DMEM, або 199) + 10% FBS. Посівна концентрація 0,9*104 клітин/мл Коефіцієнт пересіву 1:2 – 1:4 Інші характеристики. Чутливість до вірусів: арбовіруси А та В; ентеровіруси свиней; грип; ротавіруси, коронавіруси, енцефаломіокардит свиней, ящур, ринопневмонія коней. Присутність лейковірусів: Мезон-Пфайфер-подібних та онкорнавірусів. Область застосування: вірусологія, біологія клітин.Русский: Линия клеток получена из почки эмбриона свиньи.
