English: The SN74AHC1G00 1-gate version of the 7400 NAND gate, made by Texas Instruments. Die size 520x420µm. After metalization of 2 metal layers. The rainbow colours below the pads are partially etched insulating dielectric masked by left-over from gold bond wires.
