Description

L to r : Sarah (the boy's mother remarried) and William Robinson, the young man between them is possibly Robinson's son ... John (Jack) A.Singleton, with his new wife Emma Royal Singleton, Harry Singleton, Eben Singleton, and a friend of Harry's whose name is unknown. Taken in Oregon, early 1890's.

An interesting angle on this photo is that it may very well have been taken by photographer / artist Myra Albert Wiggins. She was THE female photographer of the period within a few years, very close first cousin of the Singleton boys, and cameras weren't very common in that day and age ... who knows ... but it certainly is a well-posed and well framed photograph.
