| Description |
English: Huron & Area Search and Rescue is a local not-for-profit organization of volunteers who are trained to the Provincial standards for Search and Rescue. They cover from Port Franks to Kincardine, and from the lake to Sebringville.
On Tuesday, June 29 2021 they were at SED Technologies, Kincardine, where SED Technologies donated their Rope Rescue line and communications equipment to the organization. This communications gear is cutting edge as it runs the communications line through the rescue rope, meaning hands-free operation during a rope/Swiftwater or ice rescue. They also had their new Rope Rescue truck on display. |
