Español: Figura 2. Microtomía SEM. (A) Principio de funcionamiento de SBF-SEM: (1) se toma una imagen SEM de la superficie de la preparación de tejido incrustada en plástico (trapecio ámbar abajo). (2) Luego, con un cuchillo de diamante (azul) se corta una rebanada ultrafina de la parte superior del bloque. (3) Después de la retracción del cuchillo, se toma la siguiente fotografía. Las imágenes que se muestran son de una pila real (corteza cerebelosa), pero no son cortes sucesivos; más bien, están espaciados por cinco imágenes (alrededor de 315 nm) para que los cambios sean más evidentes. |
