(2) Luego, con un cuchillo de diamante (azul) se corta una rebanada ultrafina de la parte superior del bloque. (3) Después de la retracción del cuchillo, se toma la siguiente fotografía. Las imágenes que se muestran son de una pila real (corteza cerebelosa), pero no son cortes sucesivos; más bien, están espaciados por cinco imágenes (alrededor de 315 nm) para que los cambios sean más evidentes. |
