Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Although Batanes Island is considered one of the remotest islands in the Philippines, though far, the faith of the people living there is so strong that they built a huge church for their huge faith. San Jose de Ivana Church was built in 1795 and is one of the most highly preserved churches in the Philippines. This church is oftentimes mistaken as new. The church has a good view of Batanes and Sabtang islands, and the Pacific Ocean's waves seem to dance in praise of the Lord facing the church.
