Description
English: This is an illustration of a stereoscopic 3D (s3D) image stored in a pillar box side-by-side format. The pillar boxing is designed to ensure that each image is centered in front of the viewers eyes. This is needed when the aspect ratio of the individual images is narrower than that of the display device.
