Description

Semolina Halva (Irmik Helvasi)

If you've never had this, it's a Turkish dessert, just made with semolina, milk and sugar. It has a texture like a very firm polenta or porridge.

You can Pinar's ingredients and quantities in the previous photo, and for the method, see this recipe for a general idea.
